Chef David Booth offers hands-on group or private lessons.  2 hour classes start at $38 / person (min 8 students).  Please contact David to inquire about availabilty and pricing.

Chocolate Demonstration. Chocolatier David Booth will talk about the origin, history, and production of chocolate. He will conduct a demonstration of chocolate truffles and salted butter caramels. Participants will have the opportunity to try the various stages of production (piping, stirring, dipping, rolling and decorating). Each participant will be able to taste products during the class and take a bag of chocolates with them at the end. Terrible Truffles will provide all of the materials needed for the class.
